2. Free Listings
- Posting a standard property listing on our website is completely free.
- Free listings will remain active based on our platform guidelines but will not receive premium visibility or promotion.
3. Featured Listing Service
- Users can opt for the Featured Listing service by paying ₹5,000 per month to promote their property.
- This service enhances visibility, prioritizing the listing on the homepage, search results, and other prime areas of the website.
4. Refund Policy
- No Refunds After Activation: Once the Featured Listing service has been activated, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refunds for Payment Errors: If an incorrect amount is charged due to a technical error or duplicate payment, users must notify us within 7 days for a refund review.
- Service Downtime Compensation: If our website experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to a system issue, we may offer an extension of the service period instead of a refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Users can cancel their Featured Listing at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.
- If a user cancels before the end of the subscription period, the listing will continue to be featured until the end of the paid period, after which it will revert to a standard free listing.
6. Modification of Listings
- If a user wants to change the details of a Featured Listing after activation, modifications are allowed. However, switching the listing to a different property is not permitted.
